Christmas fair- Sunday 8th December 2024- Devizes Corn Exchange
Sunflower Events welcomes you to our Christmas Event on Sunday 8th December 2024. Devizes corn exchange SN10 1HS. 11am-4pm.
All stall holders will be provided with a 6ft table (coverings not included), and chairs. Set up will be from 10am ready for an 11am start.
Parking is available at the market place car park at the cost of £1 for the day.
All stall holders are required to offload outside of the venue and then park up asap before setting up.

Non refundable
All of our events are non refundable. However, should the event get cancelled by the venue or sunflower events, then you will be given the option of a refund in full or to move your booking to the next available date.
Contract
Under booking terms and conditions of any of our events, you as the stall holder are obliged to stay set up until the event has finished. Anyone seen to be setting down earlier than the closing time stated will be asked to return their stall back to normal. In the event that this does not happen, you will forfeit having a stall space at all our future events.
Our right to cancel your booking
We adhere to keeping duplicate stalls to a minimum, so in the event that you exceed our ratio of stalls, you will be contacted with a choice of having a refund in full or moving your stall space to a later event where we have availability.
